What is PRX Vault?
PRX Vault is Australia's cashback and discounts platform. Shop through PRX Vault at 927+ brands and earn real cash back on every eligible purchase - automatically tracked and paid to your account.
Is PRX Vault free to join?
Yes, completely free. Create your account at no cost and start earning cashback straight away. No credit card required. A Premium membership with higher cashback rates and exclusive deals is coming soon - you can upgrade any time.
How do I start earning?
Log in to your PRX Vault account, browse to a brand you want to shop with, click through to their store from PRX Vault, and complete your purchase as normal. Your cashback will be tracked automatically.
Which brands are available?
PRX Vault currently has 927+ brands live across fashion, travel, tech, beauty, food and drink, and fitness - including Culture Kings, Etihad Airways, Dell, Bondi Sands, HelloFresh, and Brooks Running. New brands are added every week.

HOW CASHBACK WORKS
How does cashback get tracked?
When you click through to a brand from PRX Vault, a tracking link records your visit. When you complete a purchase, the retailer confirms the sale and your cashback is added to your PRX Vault account. Make sure you don't use other discount codes or ad-blockers during checkout, as these can interfere with tracking.
How long does cashback take to appear?
Cashback is usually tracked within 24–48 hours of your purchase. It may show as "pending" while the retailer confirms the transaction. Full payout is made within 90 days of the confirmed purchase date.
Why hasn't my cashback been tracked?
A few things can prevent tracking: using an ad-blocker, opening the retailer in a new tab before completing your purchase, using another coupon or affiliate link, or clearing your cookies mid-session. If your cashback hasn't appeared after 7 days, contact us at admin@prxvault.com with your order details.
Do all purchases qualify for cashback?
Most purchases qualify, but some product categories, sale items, or gift card purchases may be excluded by the retailer. Each brand's cashback page will show any exclusions that apply.
Can I use discount codes and still earn cashback?
It depends on the retailer. Some brands allow cashback alongside promo codes; others don't. Using a code not listed on PRX Vault may void your cashback. We recommend using only the codes shown on our platform to stay eligible.

PAYOUTS & WITHDRAWALS
When do I get paid?
Full cashback payout is made within 90 days of your confirmed purchase date. You'll receive a notification when your payout is processed. There is no minimum withdrawal amount - all confirmed cashback is paid out in full.

What happens if I return a purchase?
Return windows and policies are specific to each retailer. If you return an item, your cashback will be adjusted based on the value of the returned goods - meaning if you return part of an order, only the cashback relating to that portion is affected. A full return will result in the full cashback amount being reversed, as the retailer reclaims the commission that funds your reward.

ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIP
What is Premium membership?
Premium is PRX Vault's upcoming paid tier, offering higher cashback rates, exclusive deals before anyone else, and priority payouts. It's coming soon - your current free account will remain active and you can upgrade any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can change or cancel your membership plan at any time from your account settings.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your name, email, password, and payment details from the Settings page inside your PRX Vault dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at admin@prxvault.com. Please note that any pending cashback may be forfeited upon account closure.
